Christopher Henderson
Kinesiology
Chris is a personal trainer with years of experience in specialized athletic development and performance enhancement along with injury management and prevention. He started his studies at Orange Coast College and finished with his degree in Exercise Sports Science and Concordia University Irvine in 2018. Although his speciality is in athletics, he loves working with a wide range of communities to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
