Dr. Lowell Gordon M.D, MBA
Internal Medicine, Pediatrics
Dr. Lowell Gordon, MD, has specialized in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine for over 30 years. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1986 and is currently the Chief Medical Officer for Families Together of Orange County. Dr. Gordon has worked to establish the vital influences needed to achieve success in prepaid at-risk multilingual communities.

Marlie Abrahams first joined Families Together of Orange County in 2017 as one of FTOC’s Physician Assistants in Family Medicine. Abrahams received a Bachelors in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Spanish from the California State University of Long Beach. She graduated from the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Sinhalese. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends as well as collecting Calico Critter Characters. Patients can schedule a visit with Marlie at our location in Garden Grove.

Danichi Yoshida is part of Families Together of Orange County’s Tustin location as one of our Physician Assistants in Psychiatry. Danichi graduated from Idaho State University with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. His experience in psychiatric diagnoses includes the treatment of symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia, and Insomnia. Dr. Sue Lalla-Reddy MD
Infectious Disease
Dr. Reddy completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Infectious Disease Fellowship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York. She has been in practice over 20 years. She specializes in HIV care, STD treatment, communicable disease management wound care infections, and continues to participate as a Principal Investigator in clinical trials. She also provides transgender care and associated comorbidities. She is an alternate delegate member of OCMA and a Civil Surgeon for Immigration Services. She continues to participate in various hospital Bylaws, Bioethics, Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committees. Her past experiences include Medical Director of Santa Ana Jail, HIV provider for OC Sheriff’s Department. Dr. Reddy has also worked for the Ryan White Program specializing in care for HIV positive women. In her free time, she travels with her family and provides free medical and HIV care in various countries and often speaks at the International AIDS conference held in India.

Serena Lee, ASW
Mental Health Therapy
Serena Lee is an Associate Clinical Social Worker providing mental health therapy to individuals, families, and groups at Families Together in Tustin. Ms. Lee began as an intern in 2020 and later joined as a full-time therapist in 2021 after graduating from Azusa Pacific University with her Masters in Social Work. Ms. Lee’s capstone research on trauma and ACE’s at FTOC won first place as best leadership project at her university and resulted in a published academic paper. Her experience in therapy has been focused on adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, and OCD, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief/loss, and addiction, among others. Ms. Lee is passionate about social justice and meeting the needs of underserved communities. In her free time, she likes to rock climb, play piano, and spend time with her loved ones.

Vivian Le

Vivian’s goal of becoming a dentist began at 14 years old. She has always had a passion for dentistry, which she defines as “the art and science of oral health”. She received her B.S. in Biology from UCI, where she made the Dean’s Honor List. Afterward she attended Roseman University of Health Sciences’s Doctor of Dental Medicine program. She is a member of the American Dental association and the California Dental Association. Prior to joining FTOC, she gained a lot of experience working with underserved communities at many different Community Health Centers. She enjoyed the internal gratification from being able to help improve patients’ well-being and quality of life. Outside of dentistry, Vivian loves Biology, science, art and fashion design. She also loves traveling and going on hikes with her Siberian Husky.

Rafael Quintero is an oral surgeon with extensive experience in implant treatments who practices at FTOC’s Tustin and Garden Grove locations. His experience ranges from single tooth implants to full arch implant reconstructions. Rafael is constantly pursuing his interest in oral surgery and treatment and has gained extensive education to enhance his knowledge in this field. He graduated from Colegio Odontologico Colombiano in 1990 and attended an Advanced Implant Therapy & Grafting Course as well as the Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University. Outside of dentistry, Rafael enjoys being out on the ocean fishing, scuba diving and general boating.

Charles F. Wetter, PA-C
Osteopathic Physician Assistant
Charles has been a health care provider for over 51 years. Starting in 1970 as a Combat Hospital Corpsman seeing service in Vietnam, as an ICU nurse after challenging and passing the California State LVN boards in 1973, and as a medical technologist and microbiologist since 1981. In his 51 years, Charles has seen and cared for patients in multiple cultures and locations worldwide. As a practicing PA since 1995, he has taken care of children with cancer & blood disorders at CHLA, participated as a member of faculty at UCI’s department of Neurosurgery, and helped start a cancer practice that is now OC’s largest private oncology practice. He is governed by a strong belief that his patients are entitled to kind, compassionate, and competent medical care. Since 2014, Charles has turned his attention to underserved communities in OC and LA’s skid row, operating outreach mobile clinics while bringing hope to his patients. In 2020, Charles joined the FTOC mobile operations team. Charles starts his daily adventure believing “all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing” and keeps this quote close as he ventures into the streets of OC to serve his community.

Jaewon Lee is an AGAC-NP (Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner), which entails providing advanced nursing care to adult and elderly patients. He studied Family Medicine at Riverside University Health System in 2009, before coming to California where he spent the next 13 years building his career. From 2014-2020 he was an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California Riverside.

Erica Macias is a Registered Dental Hygienist who received her degree in dental hygiene at San Joaquin Valley College and her Alternative Practice Certificate at University of the Pacific. Erica began her dentistry journey when she was a senior in high school. After being a registered dental assistant for 16 years, she became a dental hygienist. Her main priority as a healthcare provider is to advocate for her patients’ overall health by encouraging and aiding them in having good oral health. Her favorite part about working at Families Together is the opportunity to give back to the community. Outside of work, Erica loves to travel. Her favorite destination spot is Hawaii where she has visited all the islands.

Everardo Marin

Everardo is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) whose primary role at FTOC is a mental health therapist. Everardo received his Bachelors of Arts in Critical Race, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with an emphasis in Multicultural Queer Studies at Humboldt State University. Everardo furthered his education at the University of Denver, where he received a Masters in Social Work with a concentration in mental health and trauma. Everardo utilizes a trauma informed lens to be able to support individuals in their mental health journey. Everardo is able to offer a safe space where individuals can become empowered to be able to process past trauma as well as learn new skills around emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and compassion. Everardo is fluent in English and Spanish. He practices primarily at the FTOC Garden Grove location. In his spare time, Everardo enjoys a good cup of coffee and being out in nature.
