We are consistently among the top 10 vaccine providers in Orange County and have worked to make sure our community stays safe by keeping a majority of our services running throughout the pandemic. Offering vaccines, boosters and testing to the community, we’re here to help move Orange County into a post pandemic world. Offering kids Covid-19 vaccines for ages 5-11 and Covid-19 vaccines for ages 12 and up with a doctor.

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their appointment. Please bring a form of photo identification and your vaccine card if requiring a booster dose.

Offering COVID-19 Vaccines for kids and adults, Boosters, and Testing at our Garden Grove and Tustin locations

Covid vaccines, boosters and tests are available Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30 p.m. in Tustin in the parking lot of our Wellness Center and in our Garden Grove location. Walk-ins are accepted! We have Moderna, Pfizer and Kids Pfizer vaccines.

CDC Authorizes Booster Shots for all Adults

Families Together is following CDC guidelines on vaccines and booster shots

According to a CDC announcement on November 19, all adults ages 18 and older are now authorized to receive a booster shot 6 months or more after their initial series of a 2-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna). For individuals who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, booster shots are also recommended for those who are 18 and older and who were vaccinated two or more months ago.
